Our Companys product is not of traditional hardware or material, but that of our field service personel and their underlying ability to successfully, reliably and confidently offer  service to a facility, hospital, building, businesses or institution's critical cooling plant infrastructure.
 
The machinery in need of this fftermaket support is a varied and fragmented product portfolio of multiple manufacturers, with decades of product revisions and often compomises an installed base of 30 plus years. The challenge clearly requires a  group of a well schooled and trained technical field and support staff. Our Management and Field Service Engineers work to meet these needs.. they are ineed the core of our Company...essentially ...our Product.
 
Fortunately, Training Materials, Industry Training and perhaps moreso Factory Training is made available to independantly owned service and mechanical organizations who seek a similar business model willing to provide a commitment-not unlike a great chef choosing only the finest and freshest or a skilled wood joiner painstainkingly selecting those pefrectly matched grains. We believe, although such training can and is a cost to our business, that our people perform for our clients in a safer, more responsible fashion often providing the best solutions available to our end user -saving costs and unacceptable downtime risk. A well operated and serviced machine will consistently reduce costs frequently assocciated with continued and compounded problems, ongoing valueless repairs, emergency chiller plants and costly service agreements often requiring contractors to "standby 24 hrs" as an inclusive contract requirement.
